Refund/Out of stock info.

We will not refund an item if you change your mind. So please choose carefully when shopping. if you require further information on a product please email kerry_cards@internode.on.net

We will refund you the times should an item be out of stock. We will refund you via Paypal or if you paid via Direct Deposit then you will find the refund in your parcel, or if a substantual amount you will be contacted for refund details.

Should an item be faulty then please contact kerry_cards@internode.on.net  An assessment will need to be made on the item before a refund or replacement can be organised.
